Its thriving contemporary art scene grows out of the rich cultural network of the city that fuses Latin American, Caribbean, European, & North American influences. Museums, galleries, artist studios, & pop-up exhibition spaces abound in Miami. At the same time, the annual Art Basel Miami Beach fair puts the city on the world stage every December.

  • MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT

    A creative destination with both shopping, art, architecture, and design, the Miami Design District is great for experiencing art. A walking tour of the Design District includes the area’s public art, the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) and the Juan Carlos Maldonado Collection.

  • LITTLE RIVER GALLERIES.

    Little River is a neighborhood in Miami that takes its name from the Little River that runs along its northern edge. The area has quickly become popular with a younger generation of Miamians. Galleries such as Nina Johnson, Primary, homework, Mahara+Co., DotFiftyOne, and more are some of the neighborhood highlights.

  • ALLAPATTAH ART TOUR.

    Allapattah is quickly becoming Miami’s new art hub. With the Rubell Museum marking one of the most important private collections in the country, the neighborhood now includes a half-dozen high end galleries including Mindy Solomon Gallery, Andrew Reed Gallery, Galería La Cometa, KDR, and more, all within walking distance.

  • PALM BEACH GALLERIES.

    Known for its history and exquisite mansions, not to mention boutiques and restaurants, Palm Beach is a fantastic destination to experience the gallery scene. West Palm Beach’s newest gallery district includes Gavlak Gallery, Pace, Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery, and TW Fine Art.

    Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is a modern and contemporary art museum dedicated to collecting and exhibiting international art of the 20th and 21st centuries.

  • NORTON MUSEUM OF ART.

    The Norton Museum of Art was founded in 1941 by Ralph Hubbard Norton and his wife Elizabeth Calhoun Norton in West Palm Beach. The Museum’s permanent collection now consists of more than 8,200 works in five curatorial departments: European, American, Chinese, Contemporary, and Photography.
